Kioraa is a growing K-Beauty and skincare brand. We are looking for a confident and creative female professional who can represent the brand on camera, create engaging content, and support our social media growth.
Who This Role Is For

Eligibility
- Female candidates only
- Age: Up to 28 years
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred
- Experience in social media, digital marketing, or content creation
- Basic scripting, filming, and video-editing skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Must live in or around Bashundhara R/A for convenient access to the on-site workplace
Key Responsibilities
- Create and present Reels, Shorts, product reviews, skincare tips, and promotional videos
- Plan, script, film, and edit short-form content
- Host Facebook Live sessions when required
- Publish regular content across Kioraa’s social media platforms
- Reply to relevant comments and engage with the audience
- Follow current trends and suggest fresh content ideas
- Help grow Kioraa’s social media pages and online community
- Review basic content performance and suggest improvements
The selected candidate will handle these responsibilities independently. As Kioraa is still growing, the current workload is manageable for one capable person.
Work Schedule
- Employment Type: Full-time
- Work Mode: On-site
- Office Location: Bashundhara R/A, Dhaka
- Working Days: 5 days per week
- Working hours will be discussed during the interview
Compensation
- Monthly Salary: Negotiable
- Salary will depend on experience, skills, and previous work
- Performance-based incentives may be offered

- The selected candidate will complete an initial trial or probationary period
- Confirmation will depend on performance, communication, consistency, and task completion
- Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a simple practical content assessment
