“kioraa.com.bd”-তে আপনাকে স্বাগতম (যাকে এখানে "আমরা", "আমাদের", "প্ল্যাটফর্ম" বা "Kioraa" হিসেবে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে)। একটি অনলাইন রিটেইল শপ হিসেবে, Kioraa-র ওয়েবসাইট, এর সাব-ডোমেইন এবং আনুষঙ্গিক সেবাসমূহ (একত্রে "সাইট" হিসেবে পরিচিত) ব্যবহারের ক্ষেত্রে নিচের শর্তাবলী প্রযোজ্য হবে।

১. শিপিং/ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া

১.১. আমাদের সিস্টেম বা প্রতিনিধি আপনার অর্ডারটি প্রসেস করার পর, প্রতিটি পণ্য পুঙ্খানুপুঙ্খভাবে পরীক্ষা করা হয় যাতে নিশ্চিত করা যায় যে সেগুলো সঠিক অবস্থায় আছে।

১.২. গুণগত মান নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর, পণ্যগুলো যথাযথভাবে প্যাক করা হয় এবং আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হয়। সাধারণত অর্ডার প্রদান বা পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে এটি করা হয়ে থাকে।

১.৩. আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার যত দ্রুত সম্ভব আপনার ঠিকানায় প্যাকেজটি পৌঁছে দেবে।

১.৪. শিপিং বা ডেলিভারির সময় বা পরে Kioraa-র নিয়ন্ত্রণ বহির্ভূত কোনো কারণে গ্রাহক/ব্যবহারকারীর কোনো ক্ষতি হলে Kioraa দায়ী থাকবে না। তবে, সমস্যা সমাধানে সহায়তার প্রয়োজন হলে Kioraa (বাধ্য না থাকলেও) গ্রাহককে দিকনির্দেশনা প্রদান করতে পারে।

২. ডেলিভারি চার্জ

২.১ প্রযোজ্য ডেলিভারি চার্জসমূহ:

  • ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: ৬০ টাকা

  • ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: ১২০ টাকা

  • ঢাকা শহরে এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি: ১৫০ টাকা

৩. ডেলিভারি সময়সীমা

৩.১. ডেলিভারি সময়:

  • ঢাকা শহরের ভেতরে: অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার ২৪ - ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে।

  • ঢাকা শহরের বাইরে: অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার ৩-৫ দিন পর (শুক্রবার ব্যতীত, কারণ ঢাকার বাইরে কিছু এলাকায় শুক্রবার কার্যক্রম বন্ধ থাকে)।

  • এক্সপ্রেস ডেলিভারি: অর্ডারের দিনেই (যদি গ্রাহক দুপুর ১২টার আগে অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করেন)।

৩.২. প্রতিকূল আবহাওয়া, ধর্মঘট বা লজিস্টিক সমস্যার মতো অনাকাঙ্ক্ষিত পরিস্থিতির কারণে ডেলিভারির সময় পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।

আমরা সাধারণত ২-৩ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য পৌঁছে দেওয়ার সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি, তবে দুর্গম এলাকার ক্ষেত্রে কিছুটা বেশি সময় লাগতে পারে। আমাদের ডেলিভারি পার্টনার আপনার দেওয়া ঠিকানায় পৌঁছাতে অসমর্থ হলে বা সঠিক সময়ে আপনাকে না পেলে, তারা বিষয়টি সমাধানের জন্য আপনার সাথে যোগাযোগ করবে। পণ্য ডেলিভারি পার্টনারের কাছে হস্তান্তরের পর কোনো ক্ষতি বা লোকসান হলে তার দায়ভার Kioraa বহন করবে না; তবে সৌজন্যবশত Kioraa বা এর প্রতিনিধি আপনাকে সমস্যাটি সমাধানে সহায়তা করার চেষ্টা করতে পারে।

৪. জটিলতা নিরসন ও সালিশি

৪.১. এই শর্তাবলী বা প্রাইভেসী পলিসি ব্যাখ্যা করার ক্ষেত্রে কোনো জটিলতা দেখা দিলে, Kioraa প্রয়োজনে যেকোনো ধারা পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখে। এই বিষয়ে Kioraa বা এর প্রতিনিধির সিদ্ধান্তই চূড়ান্ত বলে গণ্য হবে।

৪.২. অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করা, গ্রাহক অধিকার, প্রাইভেসী বা রিটার্ন/রিফান্ড সংক্রান্ত যেকোনো সমস্যা প্রথমে ব্যবসায়িক সদিচ্ছা এবং পারস্পরিক আলোচনার (যেমন- আপস-মীমাংসা বা সালিশি) মাধ্যমে সমাধান করার চেষ্টা করতে হবে। এই ধরনের বাণিজ্যিক প্রচেষ্টা শেষ না করে গ্রাহক বা ব্যবহারকারী কোনো আইনি পদক্ষেপ গ্রহণ করতে পারবেন না।

৪.৩. গ্রাহক/ব্যবহারকারী স্বীকার করছেন যে, Kioraa সর্বদা গ্রাহক সহায়তায় সচেষ্ট থাকলেও, কারিগরি বা পরিচালনাগত সীমাবদ্ধতার কারণে প্রতিটি অনুরোধ তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে বা হুবহু পূরণ করা সব সময় সম্ভব নাও হতে পারে।

PLEASE READ THIS SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY CAREFULLY. BY USING THIS WEBSITE OR ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THIS WEBSITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL THE CONDITIONS STATED HEREUNDER.

Welcome to “kioraa.com.bd”, also hereby referred to as “we”, “us”, “platform” or “Kioraa.” As an online retail shop, the following terms and conditions govern your access to and use of Kioraa, including its websites and related subdomains, and services (collectively referred to as the "Site").

  1. Shipping/Delivery Process

1.1. Once our system/representative processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in a suitable condition.

1.2. After they pass through the check, they are packed (if necessary) and handed over to our delivery partner(s), usually within 72 hours of your order being placed/paid.

1.3. Our delivery partner(s) then bring the package/product to you at the earliest possible time.

1.4. Kioraa shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage incurred to the Customer/User/Guest during or after shipping/delivery not caused by Kioraa. However, Kioraa may assist or guide the User/Customer/Guest, although not bound to, to resolve the issue.

  1. Delivery Charge

2.1 Applicable delivery charges:

  1. Inside Dhaka: 60 tk
  2. Outside Dhaka: 120 tk
  3. Express Delivery within Dhaka City: 150 tk
  1. Delivery Timeline

3.1. Delivery Time:

  1. Inside Dhaka: 24 - 48 Hours after the confirmation of the order
  2. Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days after the confirmation of the order (except Friday, as some outside Dhaka on Friday to avoid activities that are closed).
  3. Express Delivery: Same order day (if customer confirms order before 12 pm)

3.2. Delivery timelines are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, strikes, or logistical disruptions.

Though we try our best to get your products delivered within 2-3 days, but in some remote locations it may take longer. In case our delivery partners are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue. Any damage or loss sustained/incurred to the customer/user/guest in the delivery process after they are handed over to our delivery partners(s) is not Kioraa’s responsibility; however, Kioraa or its representative may, although not bound to, assist or help you to resolve the issue.

  1. Removal of Difficulties & Arbitration

4.1. If any difficulty arises in interpreting and or giving effect to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Kioraa may, make such provisions, including any adaptation or modification of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy as appears to Kioraa to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty and the decision of Kioraa or its representative shall be conclusive and sufficient.

4.2. Difficulties or any issues (including but not limited to order fulfilment, consumer rights, privacy, delivery, return/exchange & refund etc.) whatever the context they arise out of shall be overcome through commercially reasonable efforts (e.g. mutual cooperation, arbitration and good faith negotiations) and no legal proceedings can be initiated by the User/Customer/Guest without exhausting such commercially reasonable efforts.

4.3. Users/Customers/Guests acknowledge that while Kioraa will strive to assist individuals, it may not be possible to fulfil every request perfectly or immediately due to technical or operational constraints.
