How the Affiliate Program Works

The affiliate process is simple and structured. After submitting an application and receiving approval, you can begin promoting Kioraa products immediately using your referral link.

Commission Structure

Kioraa offers a fixed and transparent commission model for all approved affiliates.

• Commission rate: 5% per successful sale
• Commission is calculated on product value only
• Shipping charges, taxes, and additional fees are excluded
• Cancelled or refunded orders are not eligible for commission

Cookie Duration & Referral Tracking

To ensure fair attribution, referral tracking is handled through browser cookies. When a customer clicks your referral link, a cookie is stored for a fixed duration.

If the customer completes a purchase within the cookie period, the commission is credited to you. If another affiliate link is clicked later, the most recent link receives the commission.

Please review the following guidelines carefully before submitting your application.

• Username: Choose a unique and valid username, commonly your email address.
• Name: Enter your real first and last name for proper identification.
• Email: Use an active email address for all affiliate-related communication.
• Payment Email: This email will be used for payout verification and communication.
• Website: You may submit your website, blog, Facebook profile or page, or any public social media link. The URL must start with https://.
  Facebook profiles must be public and unlocked.
• How will you promote us? Briefly explain how and where you plan to promote Kioraa products. You may include multiple platforms and audience details.

Application Review & Approval

All affiliate applications are reviewed manually to maintain quality and trust. The review process usually takes between 24 and 72 hours.

Once approved, affiliates will gain access to their Affiliate Account and can begin promoting immediately. In some cases, our team may contact you for additional clarification.

Affiliate Account & Dashboard

After approval, affiliates can log in to their Affiliate Account using their registered email and password. The dashboard provides a complete overview of affiliate activity.

Payout & Withdrawal Policy

Kioraa processes affiliate payouts manually to ensure accuracy and transparency. Affiliates may request withdrawals once their balance reaches the minimum threshold.

• Multiple withdrawal requests are allowed
• Withdrawals are processed after verification

Payment Methods

Approved withdrawals are paid using one of the following methods:

Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are expected to promote Kioraa products ethically and responsibly. Honest and transparent promotion helps maintain customer trust.

• Honest reviews and personal experiences
• Educational or lifestyle-based content

The following are not allowed:

• False, exaggerated, or misleading claims
• Medical or guaranteed result promises
• Paid advertisements using the Kioraa brand name without permission
• Spam promotion or self-referrals

Refunds, Cancellations & Commission Adjustments

If an order is cancelled or refunded, the associated commission will be rejected or adjusted accordingly.

Affiliate Responsibilities

Account Suspension or Termination

In such cases, unpaid commissions may be cancelled.
