  • বাংলাদেশ বা অন্যান্য দেশে অবস্থিত আমাদের সহযোগীদের কাছে।

Kioraa ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ক্ষতি, অপব্যবহার, অননুমোদিত অ্যাক্সেস, প্রকাশ, পরিবর্তন এবং ধ্বংস থেকে রক্ষা করার জন্য যুক্তিসঙ্গত নিরাপত্তা অনুশীলন এবং পদ্ধতিগুলি গ্রহণ করে। তবে, ইন্টারনেটের মাধ্যমে প্রেরিত যেকোনো বাধা প্রাপ্ত তথ্যের জন্য Kioraa দায়ী নয় এবং বাধা প্রাপ্ত তথ্যের ব্যবহার থেকে উদ্ভূত দাবি থেকে আমাদের মুক্তি দেয়।

৭. ব্যবহারকারীর অধিকার

৮. শিশু/অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের তথ্য

আমরা জেনেশুনে ১৮ বছরের কম বয়সী শিশু/অপ্রাপ্তবয়স্কদের কাছ থেকে ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য অনুরোধ বা সংগ্রহ করি না। আপনার বয়স যদি ১৮ বছরের কম হয়, তবে আপনাকে অবশ্যই আপনার পিতামাতা, আইনি অভিভাবক বা যেকোনো দায়িত্বশীল প্রাপ্তবয়স্কের তত্ত্বাবধানে সাইট, অ্যাপ্লিকেশন বা পরিষেবাগুলি ব্যবহার করতে হবে। প্রাপ্তবয়স্কের তত্ত্বাবধান ছাড়া সাইটে কোনো শিশুর নিবন্ধন, বিষয়বস্তু ব্যবহার বা কেনাকাটা করার জন্য Kioraa দায়ী থাকবে না।

Regardless of storage, Kioraa keeps all User Information confidential and uses/discloses it only as specified.

6.2. Kioraa adopts reasonable security practices and procedures to protect Personal Information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, Kioraa is not responsible for any intercepted information sent via the internet and releases us from claims arising out of the use of intercepted information.

If any difficulty arises in interpreting and or giving effect to the provisions of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Kioraa may, make such provisions, including any adaptation or modification of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy as appears to Kioraa to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty and the decision of Kioraa or its representative shall be conclusive and sufficient.

10.2. Difficulties shall be overcome through commercially reasonable efforts (e.g. mutual cooperation, arbitration and good faith negotiations) and no legal proceedings can be initiated by the User/Customer/Guest.
